Project description:

• Major refurbishment of a former large Victorian Guest House that need major updating into a 10 bedroom house with double kitchen, living room, and some en suite bedrooms.
• Extensive landscaping work to build drive way for 10 cars.
• Replaced plasterboard ceilings and timber floor boards in some rooms and constructed en-suites shower rooms in the some of the larger bedrooms.
• Converted a studio into a liveable Annex with shared bathroom.
