Seraphim was formed in 2002 evolving from Anno Domini Properties which was established in 1991. Based in Gatwick, the company operates within the Gatwick Diamond area in Surrey and Sussex.

Accommodation: We are one of the area’s leading private housing providers, operating in the social housing sector. We are a community and client focused provider specialising in the provision of supported social housing solutions.

Seraphim is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and  The United Kingdom Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP). Clients, therefore, have the reassurance that Seraphim will be working to the high industry standards not only focusing on Health and Safety compliance but, ensuring that from concept to completion our high level of client service is always executed.

We are a double national award winning company. Our Managing Director Rohit Nathaniel received the national award for Best Portfolio Landlord with 20 plus properties from the UKLAP. The company won another National Award from the UKLAP for Empowering Tenants.
