“A leak from a neighbouring property damaged the floor boards and lifted the vinyl flooring in our bathroom making the floor very spongy. We claimed through our insurance company which as always takes time but as soon as we got the go ahead Seraphim were here to carry out the work immediately. I am so much happier not having to be conscious where I stand in case my foot goes through the floor. I love the floor choice recommended, much brighter than the previous and I almost forgot the guys were even doing the work. They just got on with it.”
