Conversion/insulation of an out-building into a playhouse.
Project description:
- The roof was insulated to keep this outhouse warm in the winter. A heating & AC system was installed to warm up in winter months and cool down in summer months.
- Blinds were put in to keep the outhouse cooler in the summer.
- Felt roof shingles were replaced for new to match other existing out buildings.
