Project description:

• Our client an international pharmaceuticals company requested we build a partition wall to separate their office space & kitchenette area /staff room.
• This work was completed “out of office hours” to ensure there was no disruption to staff during the day.
• We constructed the wall using metal “C” studs & U tracks with fire board and earth wool acoustic insulation to reduce sound travel.
• We also incorporated an alcove into the design to house another desk space as seen in the image below
• Lastly a new FD30 fire door was hung and everything was finished to match the existing including fixtures/fittings, skirting boards & architraves
