MARTIN PRIOR - Commercial Manager

Martin worked for the UK’s largest Hotel & Restaurant company, ‘The Forte Group’ for nearly 10 years where, after developing a thorough 'hands on' understanding of operational and commercial procedures, he was employed at their head office as an Analyst.

Having an interest in property and construction, Martin then worked as a Health and Safety Manager for a large construction company, whilst qualifying as a Construction Site Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building.

He has also since studied plumbing, is a qualified electrician and manages extensive renovations on older properties.
