MARK HOLFORD - Operations Manager

Mark has a large and varied history in Management. Initially as a retail branch manager for C & J Clarks International, and then later as a sales support manager for Argos Ltd. He has also worked in the travel industry, in particular for British Airways Plc, where he travelled the world as a member of the airline's long haul cabin crew. All this experience has enabled Mark to enhance his expertise in Customer Care and he uses these skills to provide a high level of Service to Seraphim’s clients.

More recently Mark has qualified as an advanced personal trainer and sports injury therapist. He is also a licensed and qualified commercial security operative with several years worth of experience working on the front line within the industry .
