Seraphim Property Management

Seraphim work in Partnership with Crawley Borough Council and together we provide decent homes for the local communities, all sourced directly from the Private Sector thus ensuring that best industry practice is always adhered to.
We pride ourselves as being a community-focused provider specialising in accommodation and housing needs. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our partners and Landlords based upon mutual trust and open communication.
With a background in letting properties since 1991 coupled with experience in social housing management since 2004, Seraphim is uniquely placed for managing residential property in the local community.
We recognise the renting to and sourcing of new tenants can often be difficult and at times traumatic. It is our business to remove these concerns from Landlords by implementing our tried and tested practices; we treat your investment as our own.

We are accredited landlords under both the LLAS (London Landlord Accreditation Scheme) and the NLA (National Landlords Association). This assures you that we have the experience, knowledge and are kept up to date with all aspects of Landlord and Tenant legislation. Being recognised members of the FMB (Federation of Master Builders) you can be assured that we will maintain the property to a good standard.
Crawley Borough Council's Stragic Housing, LANDLORD's Forum!
Landlord Forum
The landlord forum was set up in 2009 to promote the role and contribution of private landlords. The landlords' forum is held twice a year and is a partnership between Crawley BC, private landlords and agencies working in the Private Rented Sector.
The forum recognises that private landlords are key partners in providing and managing housing for the towns residents. Private sector landlords also, along with all other housing and housing service providers, have an important role in the sustained economic growth of the town.
We want to consult, involve and listen to landlords and agents over issues of mutual interest regarding private rented housing market.
The forum’s aims are:
- To promote good practice by improving awareness of landlord's current and future legal obligations as they arise
- To increase landlord awareness of legislative changes
- To consult with landlords on new council policies and initiatives such as the Landlord Accreditation Scheme
