Seraphim was formed in 2002, evolving from Anno Domini Properties that had been successfully trading since 1993. Based in West Sussex, the company operates predominantly in and around the Gatwick area, extending into Surrey and Sussex.

The word 'Seraphim' comes from traditional literature. There are nine orders of angels, each order having a different purpose, and different distinguishing characteristics. These orders are, in order of rank, Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones (also known as Ophanium), Dominions (also known as Dominations), Powers, Virtues, Principalities, Archangels and Angels.

According to ancient literature, one of the Seraphim is called “Nathanael” and the surname of the owners of Seraphim is “Nathaniel”. Seraphim's Logo depicts an angel with outstretched wings. We use this symbol to illustrate strength, security, protection and power along with the tranquility, beauty, honesty and integrity....particularly associated with the highest order of angel and this forms the basis of Seraphim’s business Principals.
